How do I use the functions for the content (i.e., 360º Model Software)? The directions are available on the “Success” page.
Does it work with any Internet connection? Yes it does; however, the faster your Internet speed is, the more enjoyable your experience will be.
Does it work with all web browsers? It works well with most web browsers. We have noticed that Internet Explorer customers may have had a harder time viewing some of the content. If this happens we suggest you use another web browser such as Chrome, or Firefox.
The content is not loading what can I do? You can always contact us with any questions or concerns, but if you are having trouble viewing the content you may want to first clear your cache/cookies or if you are using Internet explorer try another web browser. If that doesn’t work than let us know immediately.
Do I need to download an app? No you do not.
Can I unsubscribe at any time? Yes you can. You can either notify us or do it through PayPal.
What do I do if I have not received my log in information yet? First check your spam, If you havent received your log in information with in the hour most likely it went to your spam, than save email@example.com in your contacts to receive future emails. You can also go to the log in area and put in your email address in the request a new password, IMPORTANT!! YOU ONLY USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USE WITH PAYPAL TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE. Again, save us in your contacts so when you are sent the new password it will go directly in your inbox and not to your spam.
